Feverfew is best known as a natural remedy for fevers, arthritis, PMS, general aches and pains and preventing migraines. The feverfew plant contains parthenolide which is believed to inhibit the release of serotonin which may trigger migraines.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 6 times daily, preferably with meals.
