We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, we'll gladly refund the purchase price, minus shipping, within 30 days of delivery.

You may return any unopened supplements for a full refund. Dispensers must be in original condition to ensure full credit.

• You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
• To exchange an item, you must place a new order and return your original purchase.

 
To return items purchased online, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
2. Enclose a copy of your packing slip with the item. If you can't send your packing slip, please include the order number, billing name, and address with the item.
3. Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
4. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
5. Ship your package to us. It is recommended that you use a traceable shipping method to monitor delivery status. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
